1. Hands to chest

In this case, of course, we are talking about push-ups. You can opt for the most traditional version, with your arms shoulder-width apart and your feet together. But you can also vary it a bit to increase the difficulty, such as both hands centered in front of your chest, one arm at a time, with one leg in the air etc.

These types of exercises are not only good for your arms, but also for your breasts. If you prefer to train only your arms, it is best to choose the variant where you keep your arms together.

It is important to remember that it is better to never do more than 15 push-ups in a row. This can be counterproductive for your body. The idea is to do four sets of 12 push-ups each time.

  • For starters, you can do one set. When you find it getting easier for you, you can add another set until you end up doing a total of four sets.
  • When you are able to do four sets, you can make the exercise more complicated and place your hands or feet on a platform or vary the position of your arms, but without doing more reps.

2. With weights

For this type of exercise, it is extremely important not to use too much weight, to maintain the correct body position and to perform the movement correctly. All of this can help prevent nasty injuries.

This exercise is especially good for training your triceps.

  • Grab a dumbbell and then hold your hands above your head, preferably at about a 70-degree angle. Then bend your arms back.
  • You can do three sets of 10 to 12 reps with each arm .  You can do this simultaneously with two dumbbells or one arm at a time.
  • Make sure to bend your arm from your elbow and keep your shoulder stiff. You can do this exercise sitting or standing.

3. With two dumbbells

You can also get nice, tight arms by using two doubles. When using two dumbbells, stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.

  • Hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms until they are in a 180-degree position.
  • You can do a total of three sets of 10 to 12 reps.
  • Then lift the two dumbbells with your knees slightly bent up to shoulder height.
  • Then lift the dumbbells even higher, both at the same time, then lower your arms back to the starting position.
  • You can also perform three sets of ten or twelve reps with each arm. However, be very careful with the posture of your body: straight back and straight neck.

Remember that in relation to exercise it is especially important that you do it safely and maintain the right amount of effort, not too much and not too little.
