  • First mix all ingredients until you get a hard dough and make a ball.
  • Then wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for an hour.
  • Then take it out of the fridge and divide the dough into small equal balls.
  • Flatten them until they are cookie-shaped. Then place them on a plate covered with baking paper.
  • Then bake them at 180 ºC for 20 minutes.
