Some tips to prevent frizzy hair

  • Buy full-quality hair care products and do not save on products that care and nourish your hair. You can also find a lot of creams on the market for frizz, but avoid the alcohol-based ones.
  • Always wash your hair with lukewarm to warm or cold water. Never use hot water, as it will dry out the hair even more.
  • After washing the hair, towel dry the strands and apply  a nourishing, moisturizing conditioner or cream. Do not use the hair dryer, but let your hair air dry.
  • Avoid using clips and other hair accessories as much as possible. They make the hair brittle. Also do not choose too often for tight hairstyles and always go to sleep with the hair loose.
  • It is best to comb your hair with a wooden, wide-toothed comb or brush. A plastic or metal comb creates static electricity that dries out the hair, causing the hair to break faster.
  • Use the hairdryer and rollers in your hair as little as possible. The heat provides extra brittle and frizzy hair. Dry the hair with the hair dryer only when absolutely necessary and then keep the device at least 5 centimeters from your scalp.
  • Don’t wash your hair every day. Of course you can take a shower every day, but resist the urge to wash your hair every day. Every other day or every two days is recommended to maintain a healthy head of hair.

Experiment with these natural remedies to keep the frizz out of your hair. You avoid the use of toxic substances, you also save some money and the result is certainly there!
